How long it takes: Complete applications are normally submitted to Companies House within three business days after we receive all required information and evidence. Applications from outside the UK may take longer if we need additional evidence or checks on documents issued overseas.

Already verified? If you have already verified your identity for Companies House and received your personal code, you do not need to verify again.

Use an address the person being verified can access. After payment, we will send the private application link to this address. Companies House will also send the personal code to this address.

The private application link is valid for 14 days. You do not need to create an account.
